My hairdresser is Terence of London. I’ve been looked after by him since he’s opened his Australian salon about three years ago now. Not only is Terence the perfect gentleman, but a great hairdresser as well. Terence has a sense of professionalism with his staff and he expects everyone to be treated with kindness and dignity. He’s always making me feel respected and listened to. It’s such a pleasure going to the salon. There’s always current magazines.

The girls are happy and smiling all the time. When Terence is cutting my hair, he listens to me and when I say I want a tiny trim, that ‘s what I get. There’s always a yummy coffee available, freshly made. Waiting time is never an issue as he’s nearly always on time.

Terence is a perfectionist, so if I’m not happy he’s not happy. I have moved to the other side of Melbourne, but wouldn’t look for a new hairdresser as why change from the best hairdresser in the world.

Having been a client of Terence’s in Carlton many years ago I was delighted to discover that he had returned from London and opened a salon in Templestowe. Terence who has worked in the industry all his life sets a high standard and has developed a very precise cutting style. Terence has managed to tame my very thick hair and together with The Team for colouring advice the results are always just great.

Terence and his staff are true professionals who not only listen to your preference for the colour and style of your hair but also make very positive recommendations which you can choose to ‘take on board’ or not. I never feel under any pressure to agree to any colour or style I may not be sure of.

I am always taken on time for my appointments and the colour/cut/blowdry are always well coordinated so that I am not kept waiting during the process.

The salon has a friendly and professional ‘vibe’.
